7.1 All catering and event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Aurelle.
7.2 Final guest numbers, menu selections and dietary requirements must be provided by the date specified by Aurelle.
7.3 While Aurelle will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee that any food item will be completely free from allergens due to shared preparation and cooking environments.
7.4 Deposits paid for catering or event bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.5 Cancellation fees may apply to catering and event bookings depending on the timing of the cancellation.
7.6 Aurelle reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to menu items where ingredients become unavailable, provided a comparable alternative is offered.
7.7 Delivery and service times for catering orders are estimates only. Aurelle will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.8 The client is responsible for notifying Aurelle of any dietary requirements, allergies or special requests before the event.
8. Updates and Termination
8.1 Aurelle may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any amended Terms.
8.2 Aurelle may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time without notice where a user breaches these Terms or where reasonably necessary.
9. Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
9.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

5.3 Cancellation fees may apply to catering orders depending on the timing of cancellation.
6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

7. Returns and Refunds
