Aurelle Boutique Returns Policy
This policy applies to goods bought from Aurelle Boutique, operated by Taza Group Pty Ltd (ABN 80 687 041 774) trading as Aurelle. Nothing in it affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with any tags attached, and you will need your proof of purchase. You pay the cost of sending the item back, and we recommend a tracked service for valuable items.
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for custom-made, personalised or altered items; pierced jewellery; food, flowers and other perishable goods; clearance items; gift vouchers; or items marked as final sale.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply to every item, including clearance items, and are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will cover the cost of returning it.
Many of our pieces are handmade or vintage, so small variations in colour, size and finish are part of their character, and any notable variation is described on the product page. Variations of this kind, and damage caused by misuse, are not faults.
How to return an item
Email info@aurelles.com.au with your order number, the item and the reason for the return, and we will reply with the return address and next steps. Once we receive and check the item, we will arrange your exchange, store credit or refund within a reasonable time. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
